The brief
Three teams, three definitions of “brand grey”. Tessellate makes design tokens a single compiled artefact instead of a shared assumption.
What I built
A pipeline on top of Style Dictionary that takes one typed token source and emits platform-native outputs — CSS custom properties, Swift, Kotlin, and JSON — with validation that fails the build on contrast or naming violations.

Outcome
Five platforms, nine hundred tokens, and zero colour drift across a year of shipping.
