The brief
A law firm that helps immigrants in Poland was stuck with a dated, slow website in a single language - off-putting to look at, clumsy on a phone, and no longer bringing in clients. Its visitors arrive stressed and speak different languages, so the firm needed something faster, clearer and welcoming in everyone’s own language.
What changed
- More enquiries, none lost - one clear contact form that is hard to get wrong, plus one-tap buttons for Telegram, WhatsApp and Viber. Every enquiry reaches the team in seconds, even on a shaky connection, so no lead slips away.
- Speaks five languages - Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian and Belarusian, so every visitor reads the site in their own language.
- Fast on any phone - the heavy team photos went from 16 MB down to 190 KB, so the page loads quickly even on slow mobile data - the moment that decides whether a stressed visitor stays or leaves.
- Usable by everyone - fully operable with a keyboard and screen readers, to recognised accessibility standards.
The result
The difference from the old site is night and day. Where it used to be slow and off-putting, the site now loads fast, looks the part, and does one job well: it turns visits into consultations. Enquiries reach the team in seconds, the firm can see which ads bring real clients, and the whole thing is protected from spam and costs almost nothing to keep running.
